【摘要】:Powersystemsoperationsareincreasinglyreliantoninformationinfrastructures,includingcommunicationnetworks,intelligentelectronicdevices(IEDs),andself-definingcommunicationprotocols.Therefore,managementoftheinformationinfrastructurehasbecomecrucialtoprovidingthenecessaryhighlevelsofsecurityandreliabilityinpowersystemoperations.UsingtheconceptsdevelopedintheIETFsimplenetworkmanagementprotocol(SNMP)standardsfornetworkmanagement,IEC/TS62351-7definesnetworkandsystemmanagement(NSM)dataobjectmodelsthatarespecifictopowersystemoperations.TheseNSMdataobjectswillbeusedtomonitorthehealthofnetworksandsystems,todetectpossiblesecurityintrusions,andtomanagetheperformanceandreliabilityoftheinformationinfrastructure.TheNSMdataobjectsusethenamingconventionsdevelopedforIEC61850,expandedtoaddressNSMissues.Thesedataobjects,andthedatatypesofwhichtheyarecomprised,aredefinedasabstractmodelsofdataobjects.Theactualbits-and-bytesformatsofthedataobjectswilldependuponthemappingoftheseabstractNSMdataobjectstospecificprotocols,suchasIEC61850,IEC60870-5,IEC60870-6,IEC61968/IEC61970(CIM),webservices,SNMPoranyotherappropriateprotocol.Thosemappingswillneedtobestandardizedinseparatedocuments.
