【摘要】:ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletothemeasurementof:—theprecisionofthemanipulationsystem;—thepositioningaccuracy;—therepeatabilityofpositioning;—thetrajectoryexactness,fortheacceptancetestingofCO2-laserbeammachinesforhighqualityweldingandcuttingintwooperationdirections(2D)inaccordancewithENISO15616-1.Thisstandardspecifiesthetestingprocedureandequipment.ThescopeoftheexaminationandthegradesofprecisionshallbestatedinthetechnicalspecificationfortheCO2-laserbeammachineandbeinaccordancewiththeapplicationrequirementsduetothediversityoftherequirementstothelasersystem.Theworkpieceand/ortheopticsaremovedduringlaserbeamprocessing.Themovementoftheworkpieceand/ortheopticsrequireacertainprecisioninthemotionsystem,e.g.movingworkingtable,rotaryfixture,movinglaseroptics,etc.toachieveproducibleresults.Thisstandardestablishesaclassificationsystemforthemotionsystemrelatedtotherequiredprecisionfortheapplicationbeingused.
