【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodforthedeterminationoftheeffectsofcontaminatedsoilsandsubstancesonthesurvivalofthelarvaeofOxythyreafunesta.Thelarvaeareexposedtothepollutantsbycuticularandalimentaryuptake.Forcontaminatedsoils,theeffectsonthesurvivalaredeterminedinthetestsoilandinacontrolsoil.Dependingontheobjectivesofthestudy,thecontrolanddilutionsubstrates(dilutionseriesofcontaminatedsoil)areeitheruncontaminatedsoilcomparabletothesoilsampletobetestedorartificialsoilsubstrate.Effectsofsubstancesareassessedusingadefinedartificialsoilsubstrate.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletovolatilesubstances,i.e.substancesforwhichHenry'sconstantortheair/waterpartitioncoefficientisgreaterthan1,orforwhichthevapourpressureexceeds0,00133Paat25℃.NOTEThismethoddoesnottakeintoaccountthepossibledegradationofthesubstancesorpollutantsduringthetest.
