【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesignificanthazardsofmachinesforsurfacecleaningandpre-treatment–inthefollowingcalled"cleaningmachines"–ofindustrialitemsusinghalogenatedsolvents,eitherpureorasamixture.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestogetherwithEN12921-1:2005.Bothpartstogethercoverallsignificanthazardsrelevantforcleaningmachinesofindustrialitemsusingliquidsorvapours,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThespecificrequirementsspecifiedinPart4takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsinEN12921-1:2005.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestogetherwithEN12921-3incaseofreleaseofflammablevapoursfromthecleaningliquids.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachineryandrelatedequipmentexcludedfromthescopeofEN12921-1:2005.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocleaningmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethepublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
